Beware of Zionist candidates
Three out of Five central Liverpool Constituencies have Labour Candidates who are members of Labour Fiends of Israel and support Zionism- the movement to create a racist state in Palestine against the interests of non Jews. (Hense the colonisation and ethnic cleansing).
These are:
Louise Ellman ( Vice Chair of Labour Friends of Israel) – MP for Liverpool Riverside,
Luciana Berger (Director of Labour Friends of Israel) – PPC for Liverpool Wavertree,
Stephen Twigg (Former Chairman of Labour Friends of Israel) – PCC for Liverpool West Derby.
Labour and Conservative Friends of Israel would have us believe they want a peaceful solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. The conflict is about expanding the Jewish (racist) State at the expense of the indigenous Palestinian people. It is about taking Palestinian land, terrorising the Palestinian people, demolishing family homes and building illegal settlements for Jews only.
You cannot have peace without justice. If the Friends of Israel really wanted a peaceful solution, they would be pushing Israel to stop these policies of colonisation and ethnic cleansing.
However, they exist to support the State of Israel and build closer ties with this rougue State. They push for sanctions and war with Muslim States that they claim transgress international law and human rights laws, yet promote “constructive engagement” with Israel, a country which has defied over 70 UN Resolutions, has more nuclear warheads than the UK and France put together, has attacked all its neighborouring Arab countries, seriously abuses Palestinian rights every day and is illegally and ruthlessly occupying another country.
The Friends of Israel claim they support the ‘Two state solution’ but do nothing to stop Israel “creating facts on the ground” ( i.e futher land expropriation, house demolitions and ethnic cleansing) which make that solution impossible.
The Friends of Israel could not even endorse the UN Human Rights Council Fact-Finding Report (Goldstone Report) which gave details of Israeli war crimes in Gaza.
Supporting Israel is contrary to the values we expect from politicians- of respect for international laws and human rights laws. These Friends of Israel obviously have double standards, so they should have no place in the British Parliament.
